Neighborhoods
Each of our elegant neighborhoods is designed as a complement to the entirety of Golden Oak and offers a refined interpretation of resort living. The plots have been carefully placed to maximise your privacy and views of the landscape, while the designs of the homes reflect the character and presence of centuries-old homes.
Architectural styles include Tuscan, Spanish Revival, Venetian, Italianate, Dutch Colonial, Island Colonial, and French. Elements such as courtyards, balconies, terraces, and loggias provide shared architectural themes while merging indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Marceline-
A sense of respite pervades Marceline’s enchanting surroundings. Pleasant water views, green landscapes and nature reserves abound, complemented by two beautiful parks. The southernmost is Charming Park, which features charming sculptures of classic characters from Disney films, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Marceline’s homes range in size from 3,800 to 6,000 square feet of air-conditioned space and are situated on plots of about a quarter acre.
Carolwood-
Offering a picturesque and private setting, the charming Carolwood neighborhood is surrounded by nature preserves and enhanced by lush landscaping and native plantations. At the end of a winding road is the northernmost and most secluded enclave of Carolwood Reserve, a limited collection of premium plots with serene natural, golf course or water views. Most custom homes in the neighborhood have between 6,500 and 12,000 square feet of climate-controlled space and are situated on plots up to three-quarters of an acre.
Silverbrook-
Beyond the bridge at Silverbrook, your family can retreat to the serenity of conservation areas or water features, but just a walk away are the community amenities and activities at Summerhouse. Most homes in this neighborhood have between 5,000 and 7,000 square feet of air-conditioned space and are situated on plots of about half an acre.
Kimball Trace-
A charming Tuscany-inspired hamlet, this intimate collection of creatively designed courtyard homes sits amidst lush landscaping. The homes are situated with an emphasis on privacy, while their central location puts Kimball Trace within reach of Summerhouse’s neighbors. Most homes in this neighborhood have between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled space and are situated on unique plots of about a quarter of an acre.
