After its zoning in 2020, the beautiful and mind-blowing island of North Bay Village is ready and more than ready to start the construction of luxury developments, such as Continuum Club & Residences.

This project is the second to be built in South Florida, as the first Continuum building was delivered almost two decades ago; apartments in Miami Beach.

What is Continuum? An iconic beachfront destination

A few days ago, it was announced that Continuum Club & Residences would begin sales, which will be a unique combination of architectural innovation and meticulous attention to the modern needs of today’s apartments for sale in Miami and the surrounding area. The project will be located just north of North Bay Village, at 1755 79th Street Causeway, and will feature 1.4 acres of construction space.

Continuum will offer a 32-story luxury tower, with an exclusive collection of 198 impeccably designed residences and penthouses. 5 minutes from Miami’s beaches, with 360-degree panoramic views of the beach, Downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay.

Continuum Club & Residences: The Future of Real Estate

Unit prices at Continuum start at just under $1 million, and the units will be one to four bedrooms, have wraparound terraces and high-end kitchens and bathrooms, ranging in size from 800 to 4000 square feet, according to a press release.

So far, it is planned to start work on the boardwalk in April, and to begin the foundation work in October or November of next year. Construction could go vertical by May 2025. According to this timeline, the building could be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

The brilliant minds behind Continuum:

Continuum Company is partnering with Aksoy Holding, a Turkish conglomerate with stakes in oil, gas, hospitality and real estate, on the development of the luxury condominium building. The companies each have a 50% stake, said Ian Bruce Eichner, founder of the Continuum Company.

The design team includes Arquitectonica and Bernardo Fort-Brescia, timeless interior design with Funda Durukan and Durukan Design and internationally renowned landscaping such as that of Martha Schwartz and partners.

All that North Bay Village’s new gem has to offer

In addition to its proximity and easy access to the best of the beaches and Miami, the development will have approximately 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including swimming pools, a hot tub, a marina with boat pickup and drop-off service, a fitness center and sports courts.
