On Monday, December 11, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released the Inflation rate corresponding to November 2023 and the index continued to decline, registering 3.1%, the lowest figure in the last five months and one tenth below the previous month (3.2% in October). This is good news and an auspicious time for you to invest in Miami in Real Estate.

The expectation is focused on the decision that the US Federal Reserve will make between Tuesday, December 12 and Wednesday, December 13 regarding interest rates. Currently, this index is in the range between 5.25% and 5.5%, which has remained stable in the last three revisions, but remains the highest in 22 years.

Analysts consulted by different media expect interest rates to fall in the first quarter of 2024, which would be another piece of good news for those who decide to invest in real estate.

As for consumer prices, they only had an increase of 0.1% compared to October, mainly due to the drop in energy prices throughout the US territory.

How does inflation influence you to invest in Miami?

The fact that the inflation rate in the US is falling is good news for investors, as it allows them to have greater purchasing power, while it favors the owners to obtain a higher return on their sale.

However, experts recommend taking advantage of this situation to invest in Miami, as the market has been very volatile in recent months and there is no guarantee that these indices will continue to decline. Therefore, the drop in inflation is a good excuse to make this decision.
