Mandarin Oriental Residences on a grand scale
An ultra-luxury project, two towers that will be located exactly where the Mandarin Oriental hotel is located today, thus taking the last waterfront location on Brickell Key. The current 326-room hotel will remain open until at least the end of 2024.
The land on which construction will begin is the southernmost point of the island and will have a total of five acres. The plans include a building over 800 feet with 220 residences and a 400-foot hotel with 121 rooms, 66 apartments and 28 hotel residences.
