Bal Harbour

This neighborhood is best known for its trendy boutiques. This elite and glamorous area is located between Surfside and Haulover beaches, with water to the east and west. Sunny Isles

The atmosphere at Sunny Isles Beach is relaxed. A beachfront set of ’50s motels are giving way to luxury apartment towers and hotels. However, little has changed at Newport’s fishing pier. Sunny Isles is often referred to as the Florida Riviera. It’s a beachy community and a great racial mix.
