It is with pleasure that we present the new Miami project: Smart Brickell.

THE RESIDENCES

PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The developer is offering a very attractive performance program. Buyers can opt for a two-year warranty that pays $3.50 per square foot. Payments will be made monthly starting 30 days after closing. Also, all units are approved to be rented on short-term rental platforms, such as Airbnb or Vrbo.
